I have a thing for spreads. Love them thick on my bread so I end up with nasty fingers every single time. Here’s a recipe from Erin that I adore, her blog is full of delicious and pretty recipes.
+ 200 g gingersnap biscuits or cookies
+ 60 g butter
+ 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
+ 1/4 cup evaporated milk
+ Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may add water to help it blend.
